5 Basic interview test for new employees?

There is the following test that is conducted for the new selection of employees.

1) Intelligence test

The intelligence test(IQ) about finds the complex situations that can provide us with the best answer and intelligence level of a person. For example, if you want to hire a new salesman first you take a test about mental health. Intelligence test can be different type about different shapes or puzzle and math type test. 


2) Aptitude test

A test to find out the knowledge, skills and physical test that can help in the future estimation. A test can be on a paper or computer to expose the skills of inside new employees. The biggest benefit of this test to find out the memory of a person. The test has two types:

1) Formal test
2) Informal test

In the formal test, we take the test on proper score and grade base test that makes part of the total judgment of a person. The score of test helps in the human resource management. 

In the informal test, we take the test on the paper or asking the question during the interview. The psychological test includes it because when someone in interview one person whom only silence, he doesn't ask you any question, he just analyze your expression and body language and your talking style. 


3) General test

In the test, we take the test on paper or on the computer to check out the general knowledge about different fields or subjects. The subjects can be English grammar, Mathematics, Physics, General knowledge, Country affairs. In the companies, we seek out the proper format, discipline, limitation, Instructions. For example.if you want to hire a chemical engineer you must to take a test about the related field. what is the background of this person? 


4) Vocational test

The vocational test to find the practical test about your expertise of knowledge and skills. The skills and experience can matter in this test.  The essential test about your previous working and education include in it. 5) Online test

5 Steps of selection process for new employees?

The selection process of a new employee is too much touph because we need a standard for the selection process. A company invests in new employees for making the best human capital. The recruitment process is not enough to select new employees. The basic points are following which helps in the selection process.


Now the process detail:

1) Initial Screening

The initial screening includes standards about the new employee. The standards must follow the instruction of kind/ according to the requirement. For example, We need the salesman then we hire salesman according to the company requirement. For example, We need 10 new employees then we receive 500 applications from applicant/public. After that, we reject 450 applicant request then proceed only 50 applicant process. This is the time to select specific employees according to requirement. Somewhere the questionnaires fill from the new applicant. 


2) In-depth Interview

A manager who take interview it should to knowledgeable, qualified, talent and personal experience should be high level. He knows everything about every field because the applicant can ask any question from you, if you answer it then it will be successful otherwise you will not succeed in the whole process. 


There are two types of an interview which are the following: 

A.Structured Interview
In this process, we make a list of question that asks from the applicant. We ask the same question from all people. This is a structured interview but this is not good for the best selection when we ask the same question then employees can discuss after anyone applicant interview. 


B. Unstructured Interview

In this process, We ask the random questions from the applicant. Maybe it can about your field or your previous experience or working style and behaviors. The unstructured interview has many benefits because no one can judge you how you will ask questions. 

3) Reference check

Now we analyze the reference of that person who passes the interview. We can collect information from the teachers or the previous boss or colleagues or from the market. The verification is necessary for the company because the company checks the behavior, working style, dedication, honor, relations, a method of working, it can work in a group or individual. All duties and responsibilities are important for the company.  


4) Physical examination

This is the most important step for the company. Some tests of the applicant are necessary: To check the whole body medical test may analyze the infection or decease. If the deceased on the initial point then the company can hire and then treated it. A special doctor hires for the applicant. if we hire a person for the top management we will check the mental condition and experience of this person. What is the value of our share in the market? What type of relationship with the stakeholder?

2) Job description

Now the main work of the department includes in it. What is the main working of a department? The whole working of a department includes in it. For example, the marketing department has a bundle of workings that include advertising, promotions, production, design, research of market strategies, Sales strategies and other works include in it. In job description, the proper segment of working includes in it. All of them include in the job description. 


3) Job specification/ Qualification

The company provide new resources for the completion of training and provide the mega backup data that helps the new people. Most of the organization train to people on Microsoft Excel 2016 because this is the starting platform of setups and software operation.
