Now the process detail:
1) Initial Screening
The initial screening includes standards about the new employee. The standards must follow the instruction of kind/ according to the requirement. For example, We need the salesman then we hire salesman according to the company requirement. For example, We need 10 new employees then we receive 500 applications from applicant/public. After that, we reject 450 applicant request then proceed only 50 applicant process. This is the time to select specific employees according to requirement. Somewhere the questionnaires fill from the new applicant.
2) In-depth Interview
A manager who take interview it should to knowledgeable, qualified, talent and personal experience should be high level. He knows everything about every field because the applicant can ask any question from you, if you answer it then it will be successful otherwise you will not succeed in the whole process.
There are two types of an interview which are the following:
A.Structured Interview
In this process, we make a list of question that asks from the applicant. We ask the same question from all people. This is a structured interview but this is not good for the best selection when we ask the same question then employees can discuss after anyone applicant interview.
B. Unstructured Interview
In this process, We ask the random questions from the applicant. Maybe it can about your field or your previous experience or working style and behaviors. The unstructured interview has many benefits because no one can judge you how you will ask questions.
3) Reference check
Now we analyze the reference of that person who passes the interview. We can collect information from the teachers or the previous boss or colleagues or from the market. The verification is necessary for the company because the company checks the behavior, working style, dedication, honor, relations, a method of working, it can work in a group or individual. All duties and responsibilities are important for the company.
4) Physical examination
This is the most important step for the company. Some tests of the applicant are necessary: To check the whole body medical test may analyze the infection or decease. If the deceased on the initial point then the company can hire and then treated it. A special doctor hires for the applicant. if we hire a person for the top management we will check the mental condition and experience of this person. The active mind person is most important for the company.
