What is the value of our share in the market? What type of relationship with the stakeholder?
These are all challenges which face by a new employee.
2) Job description
Now the main work of the department includes in it. What is the main working of a department? The whole working of a department includes in it. For example, the marketing department has a bundle of workings that include advertising, promotions, production, design, research of market strategies, Sales strategies and other works include in it. In job description, the proper segment of working includes in it. All of them include in the job description.
3) Job specification/ Qualification
When you are in the recruitment process the human resource department tells you about the specific work you will do when you hired. The specification of a segment or department includes in it. For example, After all, procedure, you take our the work of advertising work in the marketing department, This is the specific work of a department.
