How a manager work and perform duties & responsibilities
The manager always works in the limited work environment likes as
in department. Some important point for a manager
about their duties abilities and duties.
Work on rules
A manager always searches
on rules and then follow the rules. Every work depends on limitation. The manager always focuses on standers rules which are
provided from the board of
directors and employees. The manager can’t take any decision on
self-base because they already follow rules from top management.
Don’t undertake risk
Managers are free from the risk. They don’t work on other
suggestion or rules. They work according to
the limitation of the organization. For
example, if a product’s sale down then what type of steps should take by the manager? All of these instruction guide from
top management but it is not good repute for a manager
because these types of working always occurs in the mechanistic structure
organization.
Fixed Salary
Managers get fix salary from the company. They can’t get benefit from the company. Like as compare
to businessman or inventor or employer they are
getting huge amount and benefits from their personal activities.
Profit motivation
When a manager works for companies they think only profit.
They don’t analyze market share, market repute, relations, Goodwill, the reputation of the company. When sales down they don’t think about the reasons and
problems what is exactly happening because they depend
on top management.
Employed by others
Manager work for others
in the organization and they are under pressure because they can’t do anything without the permission
of top management. They follow the
orders of the employer.
