5 Important task that does for employees in human resource department?

PERFORMANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

In this department, we analyze the employee's performance and working style according to the need of organization situations.  Human resource hires the employees and fire the employees and manage all the duties of the employees. Some important and common task that is doing in this department:

  3. Task assigned
  4. Backup data
  5. Final performance
How they are actually working?

1) Hire

Human resources doing three acts in this process:
  • Find the gap of the organization about working. They check the working load and then to hire someone in the organization. In this department, they choose people as well as without reference in organized companies. 
  • To check the required working position and condition what type of employee you should hire?
  • To check Education, Experience, Courses or diploma, attitude, attributes, age.

2) Training

In this process we analyze the current company position of working, what type of working should give to handle the company performance or position. Training includes many things that are the following:
  • To check the capability of newly trained people than to set a target about the future planning and working. 
  • To assign difficult roadmaps that actually makes the best in working. 
  • The final training always depends upon company standards and policies

 3) Task Assigned

We assign a task to newly trained people for the completion of the target of the company. This is only for to checking about training performance and conclusions. The task may be in different forms like to make an excel sheet that meets the plans of employees attendance and their working performances, how they are working.  


4) Backup data

The company provide new resources for the completion of training and provide the mega backup data that helps the new people. Like managers always tell to employees about working style and tell them about current software that in running position in the company. Most of the organization train to people on Microsoft Excel 2016 because this is the starting platform of setups and software operation. 


5) Final performance

In this step, we analyze the new trainee performance about working after proper procedure and training. Manager and CFO analyze the proper operations that do by employees. Some employees do not perform best but the companies train again to make golden employee of the company.
